"I chose to become a member of One Hundred Men of Shreveport because I have children of my own and I cam from a large family." I wanted to become a role model because unfortunately like myself there wasno father figure in my home while I was gwoing up. My uncle was a role model to me, but the most important role model to me was my mother, Pauline Richardson. I wanted to be able to give something back to our youth and community. The problems that our youth today face need all of the positive role models to set good examples for them. My advice to the youth is "Be all you can be" and the rest will fall in place.
